Booking and/or receiving a procedure/treatment
If you book and/or receive a procedure/treatment from BeautyFULL CMC, you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of BeautyFULL CMC’s terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not understand and accept BeautyFULL CMC’s Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy, do not book and/or receive a procedure/treatment from BeautyFULL CMC.
A $100 booking deposit is required in advance for all procedure/treatment bookings.
If you require any assistance to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact one of our staff members who will be more than willing to assist you.
Payment
BeautyFULL CMC requires full payment of your procedure/treatment immediately after or before your procedure/treatment. Payment can be made by Cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Bank Transfer, Osko, Contactless Payment, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Afterpay, Zip Pay or Zip Money.
If full payment is not made in accordance with our terms and conditions, BeautyFULL CMC reserves the right to pursue you for payment of our fees, outlays, interest and costs associated with recovering such amounts.
Appointment Cancellation
BeautyFULL CMC requires a minimum of 48 hours appointment cancellation notice prior to your appointment. Patient’s who cancel their appointment with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit their booking deposit.
Appointment Rescheduling
BeautyFULL CMC requires a minimum of 48 hours appointment rescheduling notice prior to your appointment. Patient’s who reschedule their appointment with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit their booking deposit.
Right To Refuse Service
BeautyFULL CMC staff reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion, in accordance with relevant legislation and guidelines.
Consultation
BeautyFULL CMC medical practitioners reserve the right to determine suitable treatment for the client.
Sales/promotions issued or advertised by BeautyFULL CMC
Not in conjunction with any other offer.
Pre-payment / purchase is required.
Treatment/procedure packages are not able to be split between more than one person or transferred to another .
Treatments/procedure and service packages are not transferable to other individuals.
Promotional pricing not applicable for existing bookings and will only apply to new bookings made and paid during the promotion period.
Offer is for a limited time only and is subject to availability.
BeautyFULL CMC reserves the right to end a sale/promotion or amend pricing at any time without prior notification or advertisement.
Promotion pricing applies to specified procedures/treatments only.
BeautyFULL CMC’s s medical practitioners reserve the right to determine suitable treatment for the client and to refuse treatment for the client if deemed not suitable. This decision is to be made by the BeautyFULL CMC medical practitioner at their absolute discretion.
