Policies

If you book and/or receive a treatment from BeautyFULL CMC, you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of BeautyFULL CMC’s Policies. If you do not understand and accept BeautyFULL CMC’s Policies, do not book and/or receive a treatment from BeautyFULL CMC. We may revise these Policies at any time and at our sole discretion.

 

Payment Policy

We require payment on or before the day of your procedure/treatment, which can be made by Cash, EFTPOS, Bank Transfer or Zip Pay.

If payment is not made in accordance with our Payment Policy, we reserve the right to pursue you for payment of our fees, outlays, interest and costs associated with recovering such amounts.


Cancellation Policy

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy and patients who cancel their appointment with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit their booking deposit.

If you require any assistance to cancel or reschedule an appointment, or if you have any further queries regarding our policies, please speak one of our friendly staff members who will be more than willing to assist you.

 

Rescheduling Policy

We have a 48 hour rescheduling policy and patients who need to reschedule their appointment with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit their booking deposit.

 

Right To Refuse Service Policy

BeautyFULL CMC and BeautyFULL CMC staff reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion, in accordance with relevant legislation and guidelines.
