Payment Policy

We require payment on the day of your procedure/treatment, which can be made by Cash, EFTPOS or ZipPay.

 

Additionally we are committed to bulk-billing patients for all eligible services.  As well as our GP bulk-billing service, our clinic offers Medicare Easyclaim for your convenience.

 

If payment is not made in accordance with our Payment Policy, we reserve the right to pursue you for payment of our fees, outlays, interest and costs associated with recovering such amounts.


Cancellation Policy

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy and patients who cancel their appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit their booking deposit.
